RESPONSIVE WEB DESIGN
×Technology is evolving at a rapid rate. With each new device and operating system, your website needs to adapt and upgrade which can be costly, time consuming and impractical.
At Bespoke Software Solutions we have the solution for your needs. We use Responsive Web Design Techniques in our design and development process that enables your website to automatically respond to your customers’ user behaviour as well as their preferred user environment. In a nutshell this means that your website will instantly detect screen size, platform, resolution, device and orientation and adapt itself accordingly, giving your customer an optimal viewing experience regardless of the device they use.
We provide you with a single, cost effective and practical solution for your business which allows you to reach your customers, anywhere and on any device.
Building your website
Our process would normally begin with a start-up meeting where we discuss your requirements. We also use this meeting to get some idea of the visual elements that you would like in your website.
If you have not already purchased a domain name then we can advise in this regard and can acquire a domain name on your behalf. We can also assess your website hosting requirements and provide the hosting at very competitive rates.
At the end of the start-up meeting you will have a very clear understanding of all the costs involved.
The next step is to produce a prototype design which is normally developed iteratively: we submit a prototype design; you comment; we tweak the design; you comment; we tweak again - until we get the desired result.
During this process you would start compiling draft textual content for the site. The draft is submitted to our copy writer who will craft the content into its final form, ensuring that the content is grammatically correct and also search engine friendly.
Our number one priority is always to ensure good, clear navigation and easy of use, and we will provide advice to ensure that your site is user-friendly.
Testing is essential to ensure that the site renders acceptably on all types of devices: mobile phones; tablet computers; laptop computers and PC work stations. We will test your website on multiple devices as well as on the latest releases of the most popular Internet Browsers.
Prior to launching the website we will do final Search Engine tweaking and your site will be submitted to Google Sitemaps. In addition we review your site for compliance with W3C (Worldwide Web Consortium) standards, and validate your site against industry standard accessiblity guidelines.
After launch
Once your website is "live" this does not mean that the process is complete. You have three months after launch where we will do minor tweaks to the website and fine-tune the search engine friendliness of your website, free of charge.
After the three month period, we have a number of maintenance plans which can be tailored to your particular needs.
Our Content Management System is designed to be adaptable to meet your specific needs. No more complex functionality that you will never use. Our CMS is designed with simplicity and ease-of-use as the primary considerations.
Straightforward and user-friendly
CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
×There are many open source, feature-rich Content Management Systems (CMS) available.
Because these products are so widely used they have been developed to cope with a significantly high level of diverse complexity and the products themselves, although extremely functional and popular, can be complex to use by people with little to no website experience.
At Bespoke Software Solutions we have developed our own simple to use and adaptable CMS.
Our CMS is uniquely adapted and installed for each of our customers, ensuring that only the absolutely necessary elements are implemented. In this way we keep the CMS product as simple as possible. We advocate that Content Management should be a "Hybrid" between those elements that should be available to the end user to carry out routine website maintenance tasks, and those that should be done by more experienced website practitioners.
However, we recognise that some clients specifically require a standard CMS, and we have got the necessary skills to produce websites using a range of open source CMS products.

INTERNET MARKETING
×The concept of internet marketing might seem difficult and daunting. But by tackling each internet marketing tactic step by step, businesses can make it more manageable and start seeing results.
We have over 10 years of experience in Web Design, Web Marketing and Copywriting - let us help you.
Although not an extensive list, following are some of the essentials.
Keywords
You should create a list of 3-10 keywords relevant to your business. You should put yourself in the shoes of someone searching for your business online, through a search engine or on social media. Keywords are not your brand name. Instead, think of words and short phrases that get to the core of what your product or service is about.
After your website goes live you should periodically try new keywords or variations of keywords to see if they help you get found better. Since each page on your site can incorporate different keywords, there are many ways to do this.
Employing the services of a good copywriter is well worth the expense. Our in-house copywriter can assist you with crafting the textual content on each of your website pages, to ensure that your selected keywords are prominent and that the text on your pages is well written and grammatically correct.
After the keywords have been identified we will include them in other key places in your website. We will optimize your website to include mentions of these words in the images you use, especially those on the home page, in all links in your site, in the Page Title and in META tags.
Search Engine Optimisation
Now that you’ve chosen your keywords, you should increase your website’s chances of ranking for those keywords.
Search engine optimization (SEO) is about doing just that! In order to get found through search engines, you should aim to be on the first page or in the first few results pages for your keywords.
Today that is easier to achieve than a couple of years ago thanks to social media. If you have created a Google+ business account, for instance, that will be immensely helpful in your SEO efforts. That is why you need to make sure you are optimizing all your social media profiles to include updates with major industry keywords. Textual Content
Continously review your website textual content. Ensure that your keyword density within your text is at the optimum level. Change your text frequently.
Social Media
Social media is becoming more and more popular among marketers and business owners. Those who can leverage social networks to distribute business content can experience significant growth in revenue.
Social media provides a platform for direct communication between your, your customers and potential prospects. What is more, it is a key driver of content distribution and brand visibility online. While new social networks, like Google+ can significantly impact the social media landscape, most businesses need to first focus on the major players: Twitter and Facebook. Just remember that before you jump into using these networks for marketing, you need to have marketing analytics in place to measure the true success of your efforts.
Converting Website Traffic into Leads
So, you have optimized your website to get found, and started participating in and promoting your content via social media.
However, is the traffic to your site resulting in any new business! First and foremost you need to have tools in place to measure the amount of traffic hitting your site, which pages are the most popular, and where the traffic is coming from. Google Analytics or 1and1 Analytics can provide this information. With this information in place your can proceed to act on it.
You need to start converting your website visitors into sales leads. One way to do this is to decide on a compelling offer for your prospects, create a call-to-action to promote your offer, and launch a landing page with a form for visitors to submit their information. Measure and iterate the whole process. Tweak the offer if you need to.
Finally, keep measuring the traffic to your site as well as the success of your offer. Tweak if necessary.
Email Marketing
Use every opportunity to get customer contact details - especially email addresses. Send out regular (but not too often) communications to your email database and include special offers, etc.
Be sure to include the option to opt-out of email communication. This should be clearly communicated through your Privacy Statement which should appear in a prominent place on your website.
Optimize for Mobile Devices
With the ever increasing use of Mobile Devices for searching the web for products and services, it is imperative that your website is optimised for mobile viewing.
